Vintage Girls 8 Dress Easter Novelty Print Cottagecore 90s Party Cat Victorian It is slightly greyish on upper bodice/sleeves. Waist belt has been hand stitched to be smaller. You could let the stitches out to make the waistband bigger. I did not see any fabric content tag. The upper feels like a polycotton blend and the skirt feels like 100% cotton.
