Bought this dress from Anthropologie for an event, I love it but don’t have much reason to wear it anymore. Although it is a size small, I find it to be generous in the bust due to the way it is cut and the smocked back (I am a 34DDD and fit in it). See photos for approximate lay flat measurements at busy.
