They feature 7 eyelets and 8 hooks to fully lace the boot - which allows you to easily adjust for calf size. Topped with a band of fuzzy navy felt. Soles do not have wear. These are marked as a 10, but as with all Optimists, they run about a half size small - so 9.5 would work best. Rare and hard to find!
