This vintage shirtwaist dress is so cute. It has a high ruffled neck with tie strings and a micro pleated bib yoke. It buttons down to the waist with small white pearlescent plastic buttons. Waist is elasticized with a full skirt. There are thread loops for a belt, but we do not have the belt. 3/4 length balloon sleeves have elasticized cuffs. Black with white polka dots classic and fun style.
