Very adorable hat from the brand Suzy et Paulette Chapeaux. Made from black velvet, with attached florals, and a bow. Labeled size 22 Has some areas that show a fair amount of wear. There is a portion of the brim that is damaged, the florals have some holes and stains. And then is just has some overall light wear from age and use.
