These are Cole Haan Collection loafers from when Cole Haan quality was higher. They were made in Italy and England (these were made by hand in Italy). The exterior is black leather with a penny loafer strap. The soles are leather with Nike Air technology, which is honestly amazing if you have to be on your feet in these all day, every day.
