At the time, this Sheridan line was one of Coach's most expensive bags. Each bag used Italian leather that was treated to be scratch, water and stain resistant. Both the pebbled textured leather and brushed pearlized brass hardware have an antiqued quality meant to probably lend a classic "old world" elegance that you see in the European luxury bag market. Although the bag is in good condition, there are minor light scratches on the leather and along two of the piping bottom corners. The interior is clean. Please note. The crossbody strap is missing. I can include a new strap replacement shown in the last photo. To me, the bag works fine as a satchel.
