The handles are relatively small they’re probably 6 inches and then there’s a very very long strap and that’s adjustable so that strap is approximately 23 inches and it looks like there’s another at the very least 7 inches more to take out if you should choose to and he has butterflies on it. This is beautiful it’s barely been used at all so he has the Nicole Miller TA to verify that it is authentic and made in the USA some burgundy, some red, some navy blue, some white and assorted other colors as shown in the pictures any little defects, which are very very few. I have all been noted have the picture be your guide this is very gently used. I’m still use it on occasion because I positively love it, the interior is red, white and blue, and again with all the Nicole Miller signatures, and say positively adorable.
