What’s the date code?

@ezc670 hi! Thank you for looking! Louis Vuitton stopped using date codes in favor of microchips in 2021. It is a newer bag. It is a re-poshed item so has already been authenticated by them. I may also caution that many counterfeit items have date codes stamped in them so be careful with using that as a determination of authenticity. Let me know if you have any other questions thanks!

It’s literally the same though it’s been in a bag in the closet I thought I’d use it more but always grabbed my other one so decided to just sell. Thanks!

@bethany_jessee oh my gosh interesting I never noticed that honestly. I have only noticed the tag on the inside (3rd from last photo and it has no date code) ? I’ll look closer tomorrow and investigate

@bethany_jessee I had to know… Mind blown 🤯 it was really really hard to get to its tight inside the back zipper pocket side apparently. I didn’t want to keep stretching that back outer pocket to see it but I finally got a picture! Replaced her photo with mine so you could see it better.
