Afternoon, Are there any cracks in the patent near and or under the hinge points where the frame comes together - including in the deep folds of the patent? What does it measure as to L x H (w/o handle) x W (bottom thickness, front to back, 2", 3", etc...)? Thanks, John

Thanks for the update. I take there aren't any cracks in the patent in the areas I asked about. The dents are easy to remove as it were. Is there a tag or stamped marking on the lining denoting either "leather of patent leather" to the outer (body of the purse) material used? I ask, as during the '50s through the end of the '70s, almost all U.S. purse manufacturers didn't use either real tanned leather or real patent leather. Instead vinyl and patent vinyl was used to keep purses
