Handcrafted in Mexico, two beautiful large clay Talavera bowls, hand painted with a deep cobalt blue background and vibrant Sunflowers and leaves. Scalloped edge details. One of a kind. Lead free. Great for soup, salad, ice cream, etc. Approximate measurements: Opening diameter 7” Base diameter 4 1/8” Height 2 3/4” There are a couple of manufacturing flaws or irregularities in the work such as a paint smudge and rough glazing or pitting on the inside of one of the bowls. There are also some tiny paint chips along the edges of the bowls. See pics.
