This is new without tag, but I did find a ruff spot on the shoulder chest area and a snag on the chest breast area both are very hard to spot. This went on vacation and was never worn so not sure if it came this way or happen while hanging in closet or in a suitcase. Still amazing dress. Smoke and pet free home.
