$395 Elie Tahari Skirt 10 Black Leather & Scuba Reversible Fit & Flare Knee Y2K I believe this is a reversible skirt with black and textured leather panels on one side and gray and black leather on the other side. It has an elastic waist and is a fit an flare or mermaid style skirt. The edges are raw and the hems are exposed. This skirt can take you from the office to a party, the style hugs your body and flares right below the knee. Its a great piece, but I will NEVER wear it as I no longer work in an office or get dress up beyond jeans. I paid $395 back in the early to mid 2000s. I have never worn it, but there is a dent where it was hung on the side. Please see the photo.
