magicncurls @iloveedsherran Hi there, I’ve added more photos of the straps for reference, it’s actually a scuff mark. The lighting and shine of the material is making the scuffs look deeper, but they are nearly flush to the surface. The material is extremely soft and prone to dent/scuff. Apologies I didn’t notice previously, I’ve since lowered the price. Thank you.
