Thirty One brand. This bag is a Signature Collection ZOUT. That is a zippered organizing utility tote. It is a zippered version of the ever popular OUT bag. New but not in a bag. I have been buying Thirty One bags for almost 20 years and the OUT and ZOUT are still my favorites. This one is new, never used. I purchased it from another posher who sold it as gray but it so is not gray. I am not certain but I think it may be mocha crosshatch, it definitely is not charcoal or any gray of any kind.
