The encyclopedia of ghost and spirits by Rosemary GUILEY second edition the book has some wear but it is in decent vintage shape I am not a smoker however this book came from a person that was a smoker I did wipe the cover off both the front and back with Lysol wipes the book still smells like cigarettes

I am not concerned about smell, as I smoked for 36 years until I could no longer breathe -- seriously, I had ARDS.

seriously broke now between property taxes, house and car insurance, a hospital bill, and Christmas.
Definitely want this book but
know you need to sell asap.
