Vintage 1980s Blouse, Neil Martin Silver Kitty Bow Shirt, Secretary Style

Pretty vintage blouse from the 1980s or 1990s. Gorgeous silver color with a large kitty bow at the collar. Gathers along the shoulder and collarbone. Label reads: Neil Martin. Size tag says 6, but do see measurements below. 100% poly.- Near mint vintage condition. No issues worth noting. Measurements when lying flat, Doubled at bust, waist, and hip. Armpit to armpit across bust: 42" Waist: 41" Shoulder to bottom hem: 25" Please note: These are vintage, preworn and/or preloved items.
