Vintage 1980s Black Polka Dot Asymmetric Tiered Ruffle Dress

Beautiful vintage late 80s dress by New Leaf Colors - black and white This sleeveless dress features a sweetheart neckline and thin spaghetti straps. It has gathered pleated fabric along the chest and torso. The fabric gathers to one side of the waist for an asymmetric design. The skirt is tired with multiple rows of ruffles. It has an open back with an adjustable, lace up feature. It is covered in painted white polka dots. Flattering, fitted silhouette. Side zipper closure. Made from lightweight fabric. Fully lined. Made in the USA. Fabric - 75% polyester, 25% acetate blend Vintage size 8. It fits like a modern size XS, see measurements for fit. The fabric does not stretch but the waist and bust are adjustable. Condition - Excellent, looks like it was never worn, but has a minor manufacturing flaw as shown in the last photo. The fabric opening along the zipper has unfinished edges so it has some normal minor fraying to the underside of the fabric.
