muthaluvvintage @adietr0n because it's a true wrap skirt it's hard to get an exact measurement. It's about 19" laying flat but again, since it's a wrap the buttons can be moved an inch or two in either direction and not affect the desired look. I hope this helps. It's a beautiful piece. Alicia
