jgulan @youngmom8 thank you hoping for.closer to 20. Want them a bit baggy. Are you sure it’s 18.5 or 19.5? I can see in the photo, it’s cut off in that side.,also are they 100% cotton?

youngmom8 @jgulan There is no fabric tag attached. There is a small stretch to them. If I move the tap measure just under the zipper seams it is 19”
