This is a plush of Kuromi (from Sanrio, the same Japanese franchise that also makes Hello Kitty stuff) that is also a bag... see pictures to see the strap and the zipper where it opens up! It is new with tag and in a plastic bag. Since this is unopened, I can't really tell how much space there is inside to store stuff.
