A little loose on a size 10 but still wearable. Made in cotton corduroy with a little stretch for the perfect fit, there are back pockets and a sailor style waistband with a zipper on side. Inseam is 29". Measure your waist above your navel and under your ribs tightly and that should be good for the measurement, similar to a pair of high waisted jeans.
