These pants are in very good condition and they come from a smoke-free home. The fabric is 100% polyester. They are size 14, the inseam measures 27 1/2 inches, the rise is 12 inches, the leg opening is 9 inches and when you lay them out flat, the waistband measures 15 inches across and stretches to 21 inches across.
