I bought this and it got lost in my big closet. Not remembering it, I’ve since bought another - so it’s now in my closet listings brand new never worn. It has an elasticized waist and if you enlarge the photos, you will see the detail work with the lower trim fringe. It’s really so very unusual and cool. It’s a beautiful skirt ready for holiday wear. One owner~
