Vintage Apron or Overskirt - Late 60s - Fun for Halloween or Mad Men Event

This is a tiny waist, 12.5 or so across, so best for a 0 or 00 waist. Fun print from the late 60s approximately. The thread where the lower hook and eye attaches is gone, so hook remains. Needs new eye or loop of thread. Fun fabric that could be upcycled into a super cool dress or skirt, as well.
