orvilleison @poshyposhcloset Thanks for inquiring about this most gorgeous vest. Completely closed in the front it measures very close to 21 inches. (See bottom picture) The vest can be worn not fully closed giving more room for fit if needed. From the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem is approximately 22 inches with an extra 5 inches of fringe. So about 27 inches total length. I often ship same day or the morning after ordering.
