This is a gently worn blazer jacket by Sandro Sportswear, in a women's size small. It's black, with a ruffle down one side of the chest and a belted waist. Buttons up the front. The chest measurement is 18 inches across, from pit to pit. The length is 24 inches, as measured from the top of the shoulder. Viscose/polyester/elastane blend and machine washable.
