NWT Rae Dunn Disney Princess Belle from Beauty and the Beast large plate. Reads "Enchanting" with a picture of Belle. Has a pretty scalloped edge or rim. Also has around the edge a book, mirror and a rose. Measures 11 1/2" in diameter. Nice large size.
