Dress runs oversized with an empire waist that's about 24" flat at narrowest point under the bust, and approx 36" at widest point (excluding ruffle edge). Fabrication: 100% viscose. Preowned item in excellent condition; only noted flaw is the sizing tag in the neckline has been removed but does have the sizing tag stitched into inner seam.
