ljcriswell @kitschwitch_ hi there, the first pic is most accurate as far as sheerness. There entire skirt is made of tulle so it is sheer everywhere. The layers of the ruffles create less sheerness. I think it’s about American size 12. No stretch to the waist band. Has a zipper. I will try to find pics for you.
