jencola28 @carolsclosetllc okay thank you so much for checking. Just so you know…If you’re not sure than I do suspect it may be plastic. I researched it a bit and eb@y does have these exact cabochons for $5 … it’s so hard to tell these days though…I do love the image though and I couldn’t find any actual porcelain hand painted ones with this image. If you change your mind on the price please let me know. All the best to you.
