jennifermcge815 Hi! I know I’m gonna feel dumb after asking but is this rolled gold? I know RG is stamped on items that are rolled gold but I’m not sure exactly how it’s placed. I googled it but still I’m not sure. Thank you !

breesale @jennifermcge815 Great question. I’ve not heard of rolled gold. I’ve added a photo of what I found when I Googled 14KRG. I am not a jeweler, this is from my personal collection, one owner, was purchased new.

jennifermcge815 @breesale @breesale Hi! Rolled gold is the same as filled gold. Like plated but much thicker. Gold filled usually has GF on the stamp but some people call it rolled gold and those use a stamp RG. That’s why I asked. I’m clearly not a jeweler either lol So that’s why I wasn’t sure. it clear!

jennifermcge815 The RG on your pretty ring is probably the makers then. If you google what mark is on rolled gold & get the answer I got it will show a picture with RG on it. So that’s why I wasn’t sure. Thank you for your response. I really appreciate you making
