This is a pair of just USA size 4 high waist jeans with lots of stretch in new condition. There are soft the perfect blue color have a frayed hem. The inseam is 26 1/2 inches approximately the waist measures 13 inches and the hips measure, proximately 17 inches. Again these jeans have a lot of stretch and are very comfortable. Have no signs of wear.
