The zipper in the front can sometimes be stubborn if it’s unzipped back too far, you just have to make sure the lines line up with the zipper. It’s been that way since I purchased it. There is a small spot on the front top right corner and on the strap that I haven’t tried to remove. Super cute detailing at the bottom with the gold beads and has multiple compartments for storage! It also has a leopard/animal print on the inside of the bag.
