Here's a Candie's vintage clear purse or hand bag featuring multi-color stripes. It was purchased and never used and original retail tag is still attached. Tag indicates it is style 75421 and group is "Wendy". It is showing some signs of age and storage. PVC body has stiffened. I found a small edge chip in the attached flower shaped charm and handles may have yellowed some. See photos. Overall, clean, bright and odor free. It does not have a closure at the top - that is the way it was made. Handle drop is 9 inches.
