I ordered these from QVC, they come from a smoke-free home, women's size 9 1/2 wide, front lace, side zip, super soft leather, they are new with tags but not the box, have a small wooden hill and a nice rubber sole. light in weigh, when I purchased the boots from QVC they had the marks in the leather.
