Does this bag have a shoulder strap and what are the dimensions?

@dddemers The bag is 12 inches high, 15 inches wide, and 5 and a half inches deep. There isn't a shoulder strap. There are two handles. The handles are approximately 9 inches from top to the top of the bag. I have conditioned the bag with leather conditioner. The inside is very clean and roomy.
