It was declined because I thought it would cost exactly $350, it didn’t except the shipping and taxes, it’s my first time buying here and that was the exactly amount I had on my card. I’m asking this because I have the right to do so—I’m a customer interested in purchasing something online. I don’t understand what the problem is.

marianabt7 @tifflace Because it was nighttime, I live in Chicago, and it’s freezing here, so I wasn’t going to the bank to add more money. I’m asking for additional photos because I already have the money, and, like any customer, I just wanted to see how it looks when worn—it’s a very logical request. This isn’t a $50 product, so I don’t understand what I could possibly be “stealing” here. I simply asked for an extra photo.

tifflace @marianabt7 The shipping on this coat has been and is still free - the only extra cost may be for taxes and fees - that is odd if you were being charged for shipping.
