Beautiful dress in royal blue and white. Square neck, puff sleeves, smocked bodice. Lightweight but not see-thru as it has a shorter lining inside. Hits right around the ankles. Tag doesn’t say the material but feels like polyester. Very nice. Size says US 6 or Medium
