50's vintage handmade cornflower-blue silk taffeta evening gown. Dress features velvet detailing such as piping around the collar and sleeves, velvet bodice, and decorative tails hanging off the back waist. Dress also features a built-in crinoline, round neckline, and a V-backline. Blemishes include discoloration on the hem of the skirt, small repairs throughout the back, tear covered by one of the wings, and a small seam that needs to be repaired; please see photos for reference.
