Altard State womens crop blouse

Most precious top, by Altard State, in a kicky polka dot ( heart shaped) pattern allover. Front has a bow that can be tied however you want. It's labeled a Large, but, I'm gonna say more like a Medium ( 8-12)?? * shoulder to waist 18" * waist 16" * shoulder to wrist 25" Ask any questions. Never worn, but no tags.
