This is a new with TAGS dollskill mini dress. It has a stretchy sheer mesh construction, velvet rose detailing, adjustable shoulder straps, tiered seams, and adjustable back lace-up ties. The stitching on the back looks weird. I don’t know if it was meant to be like that, or it was a manufacture error. I did not return this dress in time and it has been stored ever since.
