Sold out on Vixen site! This is the Flutter Skirt, unopened in its packaging. beautiful pencil skirt with added Flutter flair and a gorgeous goth but femme pattern. Received it in a mystery box, and just not the right skirt for me. I have included the measurements from the Vixen site for ease and to avoid opening/handling.
