grtutu @mystimom these are in brand new condition have never been worn. I put them away after purchasing and when my grandson came to visit, we realized I had bought the wrong size so rest assured they are new.

grtutu @mystimom i’ve posted new photos verifying that they are a size 12. never had the tags removed. I don’t know where you saw the size 9, but I’m a honest person and the photos will show you what is being sold.
