santiago07 @hamaan10 hello…the hips measure about 16 and it does have a little stretch in the bottom part. It stretches to about 17. I think it would fit you because I am mostly a 6 but sometimes an 8 and it does not fit me at all. I am bummed because it is so pretty and different.

santiago07 @katelynnutting Hi..the hips measure about 16 inches and it has a little stretch to about 17. It is not very stretchy and is probably a little more form fitting.
