This is brand new without tags. It is the ophelia roe brand and a womens size 1X. I stuck a tape measure in a few of the pictures. This is a sleeveless dress and has ruffles at the bottom. The material is stretchy.  This has a high neck and three buttons on the back and a keyhole opening underneath the buttons. This is a fuschia color. This is a fun simple dress, the color will definitely make a statement. I tried to take a lot of pictures make sure to look at them!
