Vintage All That Jazz floral dress EVC size small

The perfect 80s work dress or cocktail dress. Scalloped V-neck neckline and poofed sleeves with light shoulder pads. Long sleeved and a longer than a mini measuring at approximately 37 inches from shoulder to hem. Large metal buttons with black center and a scrolling print. One button is missing at the bottom of the dress, but does not affect wear. bottom seam in place. No material tag but it feels like a rayon polyester.
