100% silk. Slip over the head dress. Has an eye and hook where it sort of cinches at waist or below the waist? On my mannequin the hook and eye sits 8” from waist. Very good condition other than a small spot - please view photo. Even though it says dry clean it has been hand washed and ready to wear. It was also ironed with white cloth on top to protect the fabric. Great dress for any event. I love 1920s style dresses. The first photo is more to true color.
