Really amazing vintage skirt Polly Ryan and spandex blend. Overall amazing condition and expertly crafted. It draped so nicely and is very tailored so it is very flattering. In the waist allows some stretch. This is listed as a size 12 but is a 29 inch waist, which is now considered a medium.please ask any questions you may have. This looks great in the summer with a pair of heels or in the winter with a tall pair of boots and a nice cardigan. I’ve never worn it. I bought it vintage and then hand washed it. Overall length is approximately 32.5 lane flat. The waist is approximately 14.5 inches and the opening at the bottom laying flat is approximately 36 inches.
