Vintage Coach Standard Tote #9680 in British Tan. Made in New York City with a pre-creed registration number. Two full-length inside zippered pockets. One open inside pocket. Dual handles. Handles are not long enough for a shoulder bag. Interior sides and bottom are leather-lined. Short sides are suede. Brass hardware. Measures 12" x 8" x 3 ½" Bag has patina darkening in spots, scuffing and scratches in places. There is some staining (looks like water) along one side as shown in photos. Interior has some stains in the leather and suede, although they do not look like ink to me. Hang tag is not original to bag as it is much lighter. Stitching is in great condition; no loose stitching. Handles are in great condition. Hardware works perfectly. No signs of mold or that it ever had mold. No odors. I have cleaned the bag lightly with Lexol, conditioned with Leather CPR and buffed. No efforts were made to remove any of the stains. Please refer to all photos as they are part of the descrition.
